In a rare first for The Sovereign, the 2025 collection also features two silver editions of the coin, the first of their kind from The Royal Mint.
The Sovereign 2025 pays tribute to the coin’s rich history and pays homage to the 200th anniversary of the introduction of Jean Baptiste Merlen’s Royal Arms design on the coin.
This year marks the final time The Sovereign collection will include rose gold editions of the coin, which fittingly features the classic St George and the dragon design by Benedetto Pistrucci.
